Pearl Catering and Hospitality Services is an exclusive division for the provisioning of Catering and Hospitality services for Education Sectors, Ministries, Government, Corporate sectors and Star hotels. Our central kitchen facility is fully equipped with adequate equipment’s, in full compliance with ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System & HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Assessment System.
Pearl Catering also has an adequate number of skilled staff in catering and hospitality services which include ADFCA certified culinary professional chefs for Arabic (Emarati), khaleeji, Asian, Western, Mexican, European, Eastern, Continental and various cuisine’s and five star hotel experienced hospitality staff who are competent with Oil & Gas sector’s requirements.

Provision of Meals Services on long-term catering contracts, Buffet Services, Snacks, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Buffet on daily basis for normal and VIP’s

Sarhat Jamil Ayzouli
Chef Sarhat Jamil Auzouli is a veteran chef with over 11 years of UAE experience in leading the team of three highly specialized Executive Sous Chefs, including managing our Dining division, Arabic, International Cuisine, and Patisserie, each respectively. Chef Sarhat, Syrian nationality, a master in the art of Middle Eastern cuisine, is recognized with several gold and silver medals in various competitions. Chef Sarhat is an active member for ‘Emirates Culinary & Syrian Culinary’.
